Day 1 of daycare is evaluation day, must arrive between 7-9 a.m. that morning. Must provide proof of current vaccinations (Bordetella, Parvo, Rabies & Distemper). Daycare subject to behavioral evaluation. Dogs must be fixed by 7 months old. Appointment required. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Valid only for option purchased. Not valid for clients active within the past 12 month(s). All goods or services must be used by the same person. May be repurchased every 180 days. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price).
